Steelcase Inc. introduces Sarto Screens in India - an attractive way to create visual separation across an open office

Inspired by communal urban living, the latest collaborative way to create visual separation across an open office by Steelcase accommodates privacy needs and facilitates an innovative work culture

Enabling commendable comfort and style, Steelcase Inc. introduces another subtle and substantial addition to the office product range with the new Sarto Screens.

Collaboration at work is integral in building a dynamic environment, but lack of privacy does take a toll on creativity, productivity and wellbeing. Thoughtfully designed, these screens help to create a visual separation across the open office, providing privacy to employees working on computers and laptops. The screens come in different colours and materials, a varied collection available in five categories with over 70 different options such as Wasabi, Blue Jean, Pepper Black, etc, that contribute to the appeal of an inviting workplace.

Sarto Screens have an elegant, refined profile with a stitched perimeter, radius corners, and a fully trackable surface. The brackets integrate seamlessly into the bottom of the screen without any visible clamps. The sustainable signature has been maintained as well. The components of the screens, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibre and wood can be continually recycled. PET fibre is an industrial offcut in plentiful supply, that is made from recycled plastic bottles. Its intriguing raw finish prompted Steelcase to create Sarto Raw in two looks – with and without a pressed line detail.
