ACREX India 2019, the 20th edition of South Asia’s largest HVAC&R event, opens in Mumbai

ACREX India 2019, the 20th edition of South Asia’s largest show for HVAC&R industry kicked off with a grand inauguration ceremony on February 28, 2019 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. The three-day exhibition has emerged as an unparalleled benchmark for the HVAC&R industry by facilitating numerous opportunities for companies to showcase their products and expand their business. Over 500 companies from 25 different countries participated in this edition of ACREX India, expecting a footfall of more than 50,000.

With a focus on themes like Building Automation (BMS) and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), ACREX India 2019 believes in contributing towards the rapid growth of the Indian HVAC industry. Driven by the evolving needs and lifestyle of Indian consumers, India’s HVAC&R market is expected to surpass USD 7.0 Billion in 2019. While the international market in HVAC&R has been growing at approximately 7%, the market demand in India has always been higher than the global demands by almost 30-40%.
