Hong Kong-based Garage Society launches three more co-working centres across Gurgaon, total tally of seats goes up to 3,200

the success of Garage Cyber Greens, Hong Kong-based co-working startup, Garage
Society today announced its plans to launch new co-working spaces in three
different locations across Gurgaon. Garage Society’s combined co-working spaces
now cover over 1,50,000 sq-ft of space spread over four locations. These new
spaces offer a total of 2,900 seats, designed to include all modern office
amenities. Garage 270 in Udyog
Vihar, which has the capacity to seat 1,800 members and offers multiple F&B
options, daycare facility and last-mile connectivity, has received an
overwhelming response. This workspace will also feature one-of-a-kind community
terrace garden which will be used for urban farming.

addition to the above, Garage Urban
Square will host up to 250 members, whereas Garage Digital Greens will feature space to host nearly 800
members across two floors. These spaces will offer an executive board room for
35, training rooms as well as daycare facility, last-mile connectivity and
in-house F&B options. Located on Golf Course extension road, all these co-working
hubs have already been sold out and will be 100% occupied on their launch date.

Elaine Tsung, founder & CEO, Garage
Society, “Our priority was
to launch a tech-savvy, flagship 280-seater workspace in DLF Cyber City and
then look at scaling beyond NCR. Given the overwhelming response to our
workspace in DLF Cyber City, we are now ready to expand aggressively. With
several new locations in the pipeline and four new workspaces ready to open doors,
our focus is now to work with key clients across verticals. We want to offer
our clientele a mix of bespoke office space, flexible workstations and spaces
that leverage our unique value propositions of community, collaboration and innovation,
both offline and online. A number of MNCs have indicated interest in shifting
their workforce to our modern workspace and that they are excited about the
potential to scale with our brand throughout the country. We are delighted to
see the response…during these early days.”

Added Prashant Garg, country manager, Garage Society
India. “For our first workspace in DLF Cyber City, we had achieved 95%
occupancy in less than four months. Garage
Urban Square & Garage Digital Greens are sold out and we’re getting a lot of queries
for Garage 270 in Udyog Vihar.
By the end of April, we will be achieving 3200 seats across these four locations.”

co-working spaces are currently shared by Production house, print management,
creative marketing, banking and technology firms. Growing fast, the Hong
Kong-based co-working community is already making an impact and is expected to
rise high among its competitors by providing business support and creating a
cohesive ecosystem. Unlocking the potential with the key of collaboration,
world-class amenities and bespoke programming solutions, it is slowly expanding
its roots across NCR and plans to launch soon in other cities.

Society, an Asia-based co-working space operator established in 2014 with its
first centre in Hong Kong, provides flexible and creative workspace solutions
with co-working spaces in prime locations in Hong Kong, India, Thailand,
Cambodia and the Philippines.
