Gallery Pradarshak presents Vidyarthi Vishesh 2019

The annual student exhibition showcases abstract paintings by young artists in Phase II of the exhibition, on display till August 16th

Gallery Pradarshak today released a statement about their annual student exhibition showcasing young talent. This is Phase II of the exhibition, and will be showcasing Abstract paintings.

"Year after year, newer perspectives reign. Amazingly different treatments and subjects come to the fore as young student artists explore techniques, spatial divisions, play with colours and forms... Reinventing the vast subject matter of art, the artists explore their skill sets in as wide a range of mediums as well. While some paintings stand clearly apart for their finesse, others are laudable for their technique, treatment of subject and application.

"Since the exhibition is based on an interactive principle, the expansive body of work gives the students a chance to observe in a mixed sphere, relate to techniques and applications and learn from each other; it also initiates a lot of neonate art lovers into comprehending their tastes, their affinity for a medium or type of art and the like…"

Featured are works by Sumit Gothankar, Prathamesh Dattaram Golwankar, Deepesha Anand, Divya Dashrath Sadaye, Jill Vora, Yashashree Sutar, Dipika Sharad Jadhav and Vaishnavi Prakash Dhargalkar, among others. The exhibition can be simultaneously viewed online at http://gallerypradarshak.com/
