Shaju is a global designer with a global worldview towards design. The idea of carving space with physical elements, manifesting a dream into reality is a responsibility, one that excited Shaju as a child and continues to be his guiding force. Working across countries as a young architect allowed him to imbibe varied cultures and values. He worked with Zaha Hadid Architects, London, and learnt their unique avant-garde styles and learnt about contemporary global style from DP Architects, Singapore. All this exposure is reflected in his architectural design approach. And luckily, Morphogenesis has a philosophy he can relate to and work with.

His most significant project is the Wipro Campus in Hyderabad (Morphogenesis) and RMZ Ecoworld, Singapore. He worked on the design of this project during his stint at DP Architects, Singapore. RMZ Ecoworld is an expansive development comprising of 11 office buildings, located over four different plots. Plot C1+C3 was a non-SEZ block and was developed as 5 blocks of 10 storey high commercial development with a landscaped plaza or eco-deck. Retail and F&B was planned around this open to sky landscape courtyard which also housed a 500 seater amphitheare. Art installations were deeply integrated within the architectural and landscape design. Urban amenities consisting of gymnesium, club with lounging facilities and swimming pool are designed at Level 6. Roof level is also designed with additional pool facilities, F&B, jogging tracks and tennis courts.
