NITCO launches its brand-new collection of Italian Glazed Porcelain Tiles in India

Nature inspired Aeon, Earth and Nordic ranges of Italian tiles were unveiled by NITCO’s MD Vivek Talwar at the NSCI Dome in Worli

NITCO, a leading brand in the Indian tile industry, has just introduced a range of Glazed Italian Stoneware ‘NITCO Made in Italy Tiles’, a collection of robust, sleek and minimalistic tiles to beautify floor and wall spaces. The all-new Aeon, Earth and Nordic tile series are strong, aesthetic pieces of glazed porcelain stoneware created by expert Italian craftsmen who have wisely infused design and technology to make products that are stylised to drive trends in the world of Italian tiles.

The Aeon collection comprises porcelain tiles with a marble finish. Marble is a classic stone that adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any space. The Aeon range of marble-finish tiles is designed to instantly give a timeless charm to interior spaces.

Earth is a contemporary selection of tiles that feature earthy tones and minimalistic designs- that are perfect for adding a rustic vibe.

The launch was inaugurated by Stefania Costanza, the Consul General of Italy in Mumbai, along with Vivek Talwar, MD, NITCO Limited. The event was also graced by some of the most prominent personalities from the fields of architecture and construction in Mumbai, namely Prem Nath (Architect Prem Nath & Associates), Brinda Somaya (Somaya & Kalappa Consultants Pvt. Ltd.) and Hafeez Contractor (Architect Hafeez Contractor). The Rustomjee Group was represented by Boman Irani, chairman and MD, while Nozer Panthaky (Talati & Panthaky Associates Designers LLP), Nina Puri (Sanjay Puri Architects) and Phirosa Neterwala (Neterwala & Aibara) were also in attendance, amongst other reputed professionals from the field.

On the launch of NITCO’s new range of tiles, Talwar said, “Taking inspiration from fine Italian architecture, every tile from this collection has a unique variation in tonality and design inspired from the various components of the earth – such as marble, clay, steel, fossil, coal, etc. Each of the Tile series is created using state-of-the-art technology and world-class design to instantly add a timeless charm to interior spaces.
