The elevator & escalator maker also expands further in Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan markets to come closer to customers

With IBM's advanced analytics engine, information will be used to enable new services and new experiences to KONE's customers. This innovation will result in fewer faults, faster repairs and peace of mind for the customers and users.
