Based in Greece, Althea Spa Retreat occupies 8,000 sq-ft of indoor and outdoor area at ground level, overlooking the sacred island of Delos, birthplace of the mythological god of light, Apollo, and coincidentally one the sunniest areas in the world. Working in partnership with award-winning London designer Maria Vafiadis, founder & managing director of MKV Design, Mykonos Grand has created a spa that is elegantly balanced, with daylight filled interiors where a palette of dazzling white and numerous shades of blue are perfectly aligned with the Cycladic architecture.
