Continuing with its expansion plans, Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, announced the launch of its second project in Bengaluru. Titled Aparna Maple, the project will be located in K. Narayanapura Village, K.R. Puram, Hobli. The project will be the second residential property from Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited in the city.
Built on 3.3 acres, the project comprises 246 vastu-compliant apartments in two 14-storey towers. Customers will have the choice of 2BHK and 3BHK units with carpet sizes ranging from 1165sq-ft to 1590sq-ft. What’s more, all apartments will be fitted with pre-paid gas meters and receive cooking gas from a centralised gas bank. Considering the increasing number of private vehicles, the apartments will have adequate parking facilities housed in two-level car parks.
