In one of their recently accomplished lighting projects, Sans Souci curated yet another stunning lighting solution for a residence in the UAE. The Czech lighting giant is sought after for its exceptional, tailor-made decorative lighting fixtures, glass objects and architecture features. It draws on the experiences of past generations of glass-makers, with the quality of work defined by the purely Czech origin of their products.
Ham Villa, located in Dubai, is a luxury contemporary home with classic Arabic touches – and its design greatly benefits from the Czech-inspired lighting. Sans Souci’s bespoke designs have elevated it to a modern day palace. The interiors of this private villa were created in cooperation with HH Interior Designers and Sibile D´Margerie Studios. It is a beautiful blend of modern architecture and traditional Arabic elements.
The predominantly neutral, refined interiors are represented best by the sophisticated Flying Leaves lights with golden touches, resulting in a mesmerising environment. On the other hand, the Bowls light fixture is a dominant piece in the dining area with a metallic coating that captures the luxury factor of the whole interior scheme. Cold white combined with warm gold tones, the eye-catching embellishments on the lights exhibit the villa’s grandeur.
A delightful and charming living room interior combines Arab style motifs with classical notes. The Flacons light fixture in lantern-form is a stunning representation of the inspiring Arabic style. The defining design easily translates into a modern Arabic genre. In the bedroom, decorative and sculptural wall lights serve as intriguing elements while also providing soft illumination.
Each of these light fixtures for the project rely on the companies traditional production methods. Sans Souci also demonstrates their unceasing innovation, in both design and production, by developing these customised, unique solutions for the project.
