Nestled within an expansive 15,000-square-foot space, this prestigious residential home offers an unparalleled living experience that will leave you awe-inspired. As you step inside, prepare to be greeted by a double-height entry foyer that sets the stage for the grandeur that awaits. With its soaring ceilings and impeccable design, this space immediately captures attention, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and magnificence.
Larger than life
The client provided a specific set of requirements for the project, emphasizing the need for a spacious home capable of accommodating numerous rooms and 14 bathrooms, while also creating an overall sense of expansiveness. Additionally, the client placed great importance on ensuring ample natural light and ventilation throughout the entire house, including every individual space such as rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. This presented a considerable challenge, as we had to balance the integration of natural light and ventilation while effectively incorporating the extensive list of specifications. Nevertheless, through careful planning and execution, we were able to successfully meet and exceed these requirements, delivering a home that fulfilled the client’s vision.
The house is designed with two floors, connected by a double-height entry foyer. This central area serves as a focal point for the entire house and features a striking cultural stairway, as depicted in the pictures. The layout of the house is divided into distinct public and private areas. Guests enter through the entry foyer and proceed to the social spaces, while the private spaces are discreetly located in the other half of the house. This spatial configuration ensures a clear distinction between public and private realms, creating a sense of privacy and separation.
Precisely planned
This contemporary gem redefines urban living, offering an impressive array of features and amenities. Boasting 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, this residence provides ample space and comfort for residents and guests alike. The intelligent layout ensures that common areas are maximized, creating generous spaces for large gatherings and fostering a sense of community. Natural light floods the interior, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while proper ventilation ensures a constant flow of fresh air.
One noteworthy aspect of the project is the exceptional space planning, which not only creates a sense of grandeur and spaciousness but also seamlessly incorporates numerous functional requirements. The abundance of service and storage areas strategically placed throughout the house ensures practicality and efficiency. This meticulous attention to detail in space utilization adds a unique dimension to the project, enhancing both its aesthetic appeal and functionality.
